I’m from New York. If you know, you know.

I grew up around the hustle, the noise, the corner stores, the bodegas, and the people who taught me that if you want something, you better go get it. And one thing that was always around me was the chopped cheese.

That sandwich is home to me. It’s something I grew up eating, something I watched people grab on the way to work, after school, late at night—just part of everyday New York life.

When I came down here, I kept thinking, “How they don’t know about this?” 😂 So I said fuck it—I’m bringing it to them.

And let me tell you, it wasn’t easy. People didn’t understand it at first. I had to put my own money, time, energy, and reputation behind something that came straight from where I’m from. But I believed in it.

Then the love started coming. People started pulling up, telling their friends, posting their food, and now we’re going crazy on TikTok.

That shit means a lot to me because I’m not just selling a sandwich. I’m bringing a piece of my city with me.
